Marty, I called and asked to talk to Ms. Liz Styles not knowing that she is gone, but I was able to talk to her replacement Ms. Kim Schneider. She was very accomodating in trying to understand my problem. I gave her my musiccard no., my e-mail and told her to go in the program and ask for the order status and see for herself the problem. I also read her an e-mail which I received from Ms. Amy on October 5, telling me that this problem would soon be addressed and taken care of, but has not. She said she will find out and call me back. Maybe tomorrow, I will hear from her. peacelover
