Terry, many thanks for replying. I have Acrobat Rader 3.1 Read Me installed on my computer. It came as part of the software package. I thought, because I have it installed that the PDF files would automatically appear as text and I'd be able to read them. I'm assuming that there's something I'm not doing that I should be doing. do I have to manually do something with the Associate file?
