Thanks for the heads up, I'm aware they are selling ATW80M CD. I haven't looked at a copy, however I located their ad that appeared in Time Mag. The ad looked reasonably done, showing two kids looking up from a computer. It seemed to target parents of computer literate kids, implying you the reader need to get this so you know what your kids are doing. The ad cites "not available in stores, order direct". I suppose I should get one of these and evaluate it, however I haven't as I'm quite confident that it won't effect my opinion of GKI. Put simply GKI has touted the "smart one" technology for three years now. A couple of years ago they had announced some deal with NCR's PC business (I think that was the business sold to ATT) to create some industrial strength "smart one" software. Of course the "concept" is the software is unique because it teaches itself what you need to know. If GKI had something real, why haven't any of these other deals produced any sales? The reason is simple, there is nothing unique to the "smart one" other than the concept and story that is used to assist in selling stock. Remember Joe Ben-Dak, the "United Nations Official" that designated "the smart one" to be Flag technology, only later for it to come out that he gets a well paid job from GKI and a pile of stock. The fact is ATW80m is likely a average cd that describes for you how to navigate the web. Big Deal! How many will they sell, how and to whom? For how much? What is the life cycle and demand for such a product? What comes? In other words, what are sales, growth margins and profitably going to be, particularly to justify a market cap over 200mil. Additionally if the business does grow how much stock will be issued. Did you know GKI is authorized to issue over 200mil additional shares? Did you know GKimmons has options to the tune of about 1 million shares per year? Right now I'm out as I covered Friday at a average of 7 1/4, having picked up a couple of points. I'm looking to sell at 8.5 - 10 if I can tommrow, later in the week I'll be less picky. Even if it jumps a bit on me this company is grossly overvalued. Good Luck! |
