This kind of substantiates our feelings that the Shareholders Meeting is merely a formality........... The Reorganization was approved by the Board of Directors of Enhanced and by the Board of Directors and by written consent of a majority of the stockholders of Zulu-tek. As we know, ESVS shares are distributed much the same way as ZULU shares are. bb
