Now that products are begining to flow and it's clear that
we are all going to be rich, could one or two of you who are
more experienced and knowledgeable than I please explain some of
the ramifications of the reg s shares that were talked about
a few weeks back? Also, maybe something about the form 144
selling that took place. As someone said, "I still on the
back side of the learning curve."
