Tommy, I agree with your assessment on ECIN. Its market cap is a mere $8 million (compare that to AVCO's market cap of over $100 million) which means it sells at only 0.5 times sales. The company and insiders are repurchasing shares. Its two year high is 10 1/2. If we get any news announcements regarding ECIN's high speed Internet service or HDTV transmitters, Wall Street may wake up to this sleeper. I bought some ECIN today. Regards. Elliot
