ADGI update FYI
Some comments as to why I think this is going to be a BIG stock play.
"Under ADGI's present agreement with GTCC, it is anticipated that income to ADGI will commence by the beginning of December 1998 and GTCC projects that the minimum guaranteed income per server of $82,000 increasing to $198,000 based on the 900,000 minutes calling rate."
These figures are IMHO conservative. The question that I could not get answered, until today, was how many servers do they have that relate to this press release. Answer, only one so far in Bogato Columbia, second one should be on line Jan 1999, Two more sometime in first quarter of 1999 and then in 1999 also one in Medellin and one in Calli. Several should come on line by the end of 1999.
If they were to have ten servers generating a minimum of $82,000 per year that would be $820,000 minimum. You might ask what all this has to do with ADGI? Read earlier press releases and you will find out that GTCC and ADGI have announced a merger.
"HICKORY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 1998--ADGI (NASDAQ BB:ADGI - news) announced Monday that it has signed an agreement to acquire its telecommunications affiliate, GTCC."
Another important factor is the agreement with MCI:
"HICKORY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1998--American Diversified Group (NASDAQ BB:ADGI - news) Wednesday announced that its Internet telephony affiliate, GTCC, has signed an agreement with MCI."
Other REVENUE NOW starting to hit the books:
"HICKORY, N.C.--(BW HealthWire)--Nov. 10, 1998--American Diversified Group (Nasdaq BB:ADGI - news) announced Tuesday that it has completed the sale in the United States of imported Brazilian commodity products totaling $220,000.
This sale will be included in ADGI's last quarter of fiscal 1998.
ADGI has purchased, financed and sold the commodity products, in the amount of $220,000. A letter of credit for 20% of the revenues ($44,000) has been issued. The remaining $176,000 will be payable upon completion of the shipment, which is scheduled before the end of November, 1998. "
All of these factors should make for a very profitable 1999 for ADGI and all the Stockholders. The merger between the two companies mey be completed before the end of the first quarter of 1999.
This is a BUY folks!
The revenues are just starting and could be rather large, very soon. I am BUYING!
Here is a link to their price history:

The price hit almost $1.00 in early 1996. Keep your eye on the VOLUME. When the price starts to move as it did last week and the Volume picks up it is time to BUY. IMHO I feel this will be a home run for 1999. IMO over $1.00 is not unrealistic.
Keep in mind as with any Penny Stock, it is very risky. Don't invest more than you can afford to lose. Hopefully this stock will peak well over $1.00 and if the financials look good you may want to own this one long term.
These are my opinions and yours will certainly vary, but I honestly believe this to be a Home Run potential stock. Try to buy near .02 cents if you can.
