Melissa, I don't know what to think, I am very skeptical. I would make this argument though, you will never ever see a structure like this created when the core fundamental business is in BETTER shape than the street's perception. I have no investment either way in PSFT, but in contrast to many of the folks that view the stock as a bargain because of where it's come FROM, I am more concerned that over the next two years, the stock is going to languish at best. Tomorrow will be amusing. TD
