Post #72 offers greater detail on what I alluded to in post #50. The Financial Times will no doubt provide some of the best EMU/euro coverage available. The financial and IT system's ability to cope with practical matters of renominalization, redenomination, reconventioning, triangulation and multiple base currencies is crucial to the euro transition. The press seems to be more focused upon the political aspects of EMU lately. Note one of the recent seminars to help industry gear up: pli.edu
