Yes it worked out well. I take it you did not go long on the selloff. Too bad, but I can't blame you...it can be nerve-wracking. Particularly if you have not had much success before. Wish I could point you to some good reference material, but the best start is to watch it and get a feel. Pay particular attention to how it moves in correlation to the futures. Watch early volumes in the 'out-of-the-money' contracts. Watch the way the spread goes.
