They have cash from the Glamis Mar West deal and they are trying to find a palatable way to filch it. Price has to go up first to give shareholders hope, then down, so the new hopefuls get in and the old wishfulls don't sell. Just my opinion. Promoters, they are scoundrels aren't they?
