To all: Has anybody tried COSTCO travel ?

I had an unpleasant experience. Bought an airline ticket from COSTCO travel for $379.00, but my credit card was charged for $450.00 + $10.0 agent fee. Called them back, I was told to wait 4-6 weeks for the refund to arrive. Since I bought over the phone, I don't have any proof.
Just wondering if any you had ever tried COSTCO travel ? In any case, just beware, because, if like myself, you ended up needing their customer support, it's even worst.
