Richard, I check the company(hoteldehealt symbole TRAC(MDRE soon)) and what I see is the shares outstanding is about 96 millions(not 8 millions). The shareholders approved the issuance of 9,800,000 in stock options to senior executives and employees.The stock price is .07 Tell me if I miss something? Christian
