Michelle, it looks as if PeopleSoft is setting up a business which might develop products for PSFT's competitors as well. Depending on what we see, this deal has the potential of increasing aggregate business (and I stress the word potential because it really isn't all that clear in the announcement). Maybe they are looking at this as PeopleSoft's version of Lucent. TTFN, CTC
