Non-Furby reasons for liking GRIN

* It has no institutional owners

* No analysts follow it

* It's a little bit boring (oh! you're in the distribution business...
so how about those Yankees !)

* No long-term debt

* Longevity - they are a 39 year-old company so they've been around
longer than newbies like Intel, Microsoft and Cisco... even older than
good ol' Pier 1 Imports and they'll still be around when today's
'rockets' are merged, spun-off or gone bankrupt.

* New experienced management recently on board - Larry Bernstein
from Hasbro who has further ambitions for GRIN.

* A wonderful pre-Furby price-sales ratio of nearly $24 per share

* Now into distribution of sports goods to improve and flatten-out
the seasonal earnings of toy stocks.

There's more but I'm too tired to think now.

Good night !

Frank
