If SI didn't exist .... well it is hard to imagine, but;

I likely wouldn't have a computer, only bought it originally for three sites - Canada Stockwatch, Adrian du Plessis' howenow site, and SI. Didn't know what else was out there. So .... I'd likely still be getting my most up-to-date stock info from newspapers, and be quite unaware that the Karachi 100 has gained 23.68 points already today quote.yahoo.com^KSE&d=1d

The garden would be in better shape, though.
