Hmmmm ... it's now 4:49am MST on Tuesday, 11/17 ... and still no website. Yet another deadline announced by CSHK, and missed. That's my possibility #3.
It looks like your "one possibility" perspective needs to be widened somewhat.
Fortunately, I'm not the kind of a guy who goes around telling people "I told you so". Because, if I were that kind of a guy, I'd put it in big bold letters, just like this:
I TOLD YOU SO !!!
But, I'm not that kind of a guy, so don't worry.
I'll bet the opening day festivities at the COMDEX Cashco booth were somewhat subdued. Can you imagine somebody announcing a brand new PC based product, but not having an associated website? Rather archaic, don't you think?
Why do I get the impression there are several vultures hanging around this thread? Is that dead meat I smell?
Sounds to me like you need to:
1) Increase predictability
2) Increase productivity
3) Increase quality
