Hi Monty: This market reminds me of May 1998. I also see us as being in the third phase of a move based on my volume analysis. I am going to sit and watch. This move could be over within a month or less. However, it still may have another several hundred points move left in it on the INDU. I need more information to make my bets. I still think the FOMC is too timid to cut rates today. If they do not, I will be watching to see how long it takes for people to be satisfied that it will happen in December.
