webMethods B2B is available for all platforms that support Java, including Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT, Sun Microsystems Solaris, Linux, Hewlett Packard HP-UX, Compaq Unix, and IBM AIX, AS/400, and OS/2. The product integrates with DBMS products such as Oracle, Informix, and Microsoft SQL Server, and Web server products from Microsoft and Netscape. This puzzles me a bit. Can someone help out with information? Does B2B require ObjectStore to work, or is ObjectStore just one of many supported databases? If it requires ObjectStore to work, how does it run on all those platforms? For example, Linux is not officially supported by ObjectStore, although I have heard that ObjectStore runs OK on it anyhow.
