nancy, last night's announcement by samsung is huge imo. samsung previously announced rambus dram production at 100,000 units per month beginning this month and accelerating to 3 million per month by next june. this additional $150 million investment to bring production to 4 million units per month has to be based on orders and/or market demand . you are going to love your rambus 70's
