Ted,

Don't know about an upgrade for28.8 but I have 3 28.8's that I will make someone a great deal on.

I have had nothing but problems with USRX modems and they take forever to repair; then, when you get them back, 1 may work great (for awhile).

Do yourself a favor and buy MOTOROLA. They seem to handle bad connections better and are much faster!!! IMO
