I agree, this whole think stinks. Once MXAM gets the COC the stock will go up on it's own without throwing away shares. I would expect a good COC to propel the stock over $1. Giving these clowns $1,850,000 for one years promotion seems very steep. I wonder if they have to get the price over a certain amount to secure some type of financing for the COC and this is the only way they can figure out to accomplish it at this time.
