Re delivery of first-run movies. Like I said, cdma is much more than transmission of the type of data we have contemplated in the past. This is the broader range of data delivery that makes Cabi's market-size theory of the cdma-GSM debate IMHO antiquated. In the future, so many kinds of "new" data will be transmitted wireless that the old paradym doesn't really apply. Another example, the lights in garden apartments and condominium complexes will be turned on and off "automatically" at a predetermined time before sunset and at sunrise by computerized wireless transmission from a central location. The mechanical timers will no longer have to be reset many times during the year and the complex will save electricity by having the lights only when actually needed.
