These lies are only the most recent. There are plenty more where that came from, and I'm sure some investors bought IOM stock based on these and other lies by Bateh. The SEC is going to find out about this. Count on it.

Hunter, Allen, Philip, and others. This time, Mr. Reid has not only gone to far, he has sunk his own ship. If some investors have bought IOM stock based on lies by Bateh, than surely other prospective investors have sold or failed to purchase IOM stock based upon Mr. Reid's misrepresentations including his repeated assurances about HiFud's and Castlewood Orb's release dates. Since Mr. Reid has now made the admission that lies about the release date of a product is reason for a complaint to the SEC, then a compilation of Mr. Reid's lies should be sent to the SEC. I suggest that this compilation be included in this thread and be labelled as such. Mr. Reid might also want to know that the SEC has the power to determine if Mr Reid has been compensated for his posts on this and other threads.

Moreover, a determination can be made by the SEC as to whether Mr. Reid acted in consort with "respected" journalists such as Michael Brush of Money Online Magazine (sub nom "Vanni Resta") or Herb Greenburg of TheStreet.com who has financial relationships with one James Cramer who manages a hedge fund--the very type of fund that precipitated a near financial crisis this past summer.
