On November 1, 1998, I received an email from you regarding IFOS. It was the initial advisory from you. I just checked it again and the information about your compensation is not in that advisory. I bought stock in IFOS on November 2, 1998. It was not until a later email that you disclosed your compensation. I have no problem with a company compensating you as long as I know the terms, since I might be buying your stock. So far I have been a loser in AXGI, QTNT, CNTI and now IFOS. Did you have any compensation packages in any of the other three stocks? In all of these cases the stock price went down the same day I bought it and has never gone back up. I am not placing blame on you, but your track record in these stocks has not been exemplary. It is interesting that you also touted VNSR and then backed away. In the past week it has gone up over the original price that you started at and yet you have said nothing. What was your involvement in VNSR.
