It seems to be the harbinger of a very, very long, slow period for any stock... BEA comes immediately to mind. Stock speculation is as much a psychological exercise as it is a financial one and "Faith" is employed when "Hope" is at it's lowest ebb. I am as bullish as the next guy on WSP so I prefer NOT to invoke "Faith" but to maintain "Hope". Whoa, where did that come from? Too deep even for me! Must remember to take my medication more often.
