Clarification - INF expected first or second week in *December*.

Previously I indicated it could price this week. This was a guess as the lead underwriters were looking for indications and putting their book together LAST week, which usually doesn't occur until the week before an offering. Underwriters looking for solid hands - so deal doesn't Stern-hype pop and then break issue as loose hands flip.
