This was just the Advisory Recommendation of DEPO cancer drug.
It usually takes 3 weeks for the FDA to heed their
recommendation.

So in ~3 weeks, news will come across the wires
that they have recieved FDA APPROVAL. This FDA
approval is what will make the stock move.

A 3 week position play is not too shabbby.
Volume currently is 2.6 million.
