Vector1:

All you have to do to analyze this "no-brainer" analyst is to look at his past record regarding SEPR as well as other stocks. A couple of weeks ago, he took SEPR down to a "Market Performer" (which in essence is a "Sell") at the $60 range for no valid reason except short-term valuation, only to see this stock rocket to $79 1/4. He has also been trying to push AZA for several quarters now, and his performance has been "duh".

I remember his comments when he downgraded SEPR to a "Market Performer": << It really broke my heart to have to issue such a downgrade on this company>>. This guy should be a COMEDIAN instead.

History always repeats itself in one form or another: SEPR performance has delivered thus far, and will continue to do so more effectively and efficiently than most other companies. Like David Southwell said yesterday during his interview on CNBC: "It is only the beginning of SEPR's potential success". Good Luck.
