I keep hearing that Brown is good btw, if anyone is disputing something with them on this be prepared for them to force a decision on you IMMEDIATELY when the phone conversation takes place...no matter how many trading days have gone by..no matter how clueless you are about the market at that point in time. ..because otherwise you are just trying to play the market...according to them... so for example...on offer number one to me that i declined..they said you need to let us know now THIS MINUTE...or we are taking the offer away.....I said take it away then because it is not acceptable and I will take this to arbitration since you wanted to force arbitration on me. But be careful when they tell you they will take the offer away..they may take it away and offer you nothing else and then you do have to go to arbitration... btw, I have found if you are dealing with an order placed through your local office... that they are much more accomodating than the webbroker people...
