Hello Manish. You know what? It is good to talk things out!! As I was talking to Space and saying things like there is no "safe" bargains around I looked at DELL, TLAB, and LU and saw that they have pulled back enough since last week. Also, NAZ has not violated my 1845 since last week which is encouraging.

As I said before I don't see a whole lot of upside for the market but a rate cut is not built into the NAZ at 1845. If it was at 1900-1920, then yes but not at 1845, especially after days of consolidation. There should be a couple of days of rally if we get a cut. Add to that my theory about stocks rallying on the 1st. options week after a strong reversal and you see why I ended my dry spell and went back into these three stocks.

BKX is flat now. HWP must be good for 1/3 of DOW's loss.

Clint
