Thanks again, Dave. A contract with no purchase order. So that means WalMart has contracted with TCBG to provide a product but has yet to actually order it...or agree to pay for it. In my former days of writing business contracts, those without payment did not get very far (like remaining in my briefcase). Any idea of why WalMart has delayed inking the P.O.? Price? Terms? No immediate need?
