My short-term analysis is based on 10 different technical indicators, 2 of which I developed myself. The do include STOCHASTICS,MACD,RSI,DMI,BOLLINGERBANDS,WILLIAMS,CANDLESTICKS, ETC. but they are not used in the normal fashion but part of a system.
My time fame for short-term is 1-5 days.
Overall, the charts on DELL are not great, but should still be able to pop 1-3 points from the buy-in point which is normally the day after the signal rings, but could occur immediately. Dont forget that there is the FOMC meeting which should skew things a bit.
