He isnt planning another c/c for now. That was an LBI thing. I asked if He was still using LBI , he wouldnt comment. (Dont think he likes them very well) The "Spin off is comming along great and we should see an announcment very shortly. C.I.T.I.C is pushing the audit of the shopping mall along. He isnt really looking for another aqusition right now. He wants to work on what we have now. He has hired "Turn around Picks" for promotion. He wants to keep the USBL team Close to were it is (BUT not in New Hampshire. The Shares that Canton Services filed a 144 on can not be sold because they are still restricted. and now for the interesting part...... BRIAA was nothing but a shell. He wanted to get the shares down. He did stress that the following isnt a for sure thing yet.He is looking to Spin Off The sports division into TIPS !!
