Gersh,

I guess that is a good sign, but if the rates are not cut it should head back down but DELL will still have a pop once the selling is over.

Im looking to go long DELL MUEI GTW or CCL after the selloff, which should be very quick. These 3 are all in the CLASS BUY category already. Just looking for the quick 1-3 point pop.

If rates are cut I have a list of shorts to execute once the buying tops off, which I feel that there will be limited upside and as long as the NEW HIGHs stay below 100.
