  SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1998--MicroCap Financial Services Inc. MFSI entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire CyberJunction.com Online Inc., an Internet architecture firm that assists companies with pre-production planning, strategic positioning and online marketing of Internet projects and Web sites. 
  The acquisition will provide MFSI proprietary technology and expertise to drive its online financial publishing subsidiary and Investor Relations, MicroCap1000.com Ltd. (www.microcap1000.com). 
  "The addition of CyberJunction's technological capabilities will greatly enhance MicroCap1000.com's efforts to provide visitors every informational tool available for making investment decisions," said Matthew Stasior, president and chief executive officer of MicroCap1000.com. "This will also give us scalability to quickly and efficiently produce high-end, multimedia presentations about MicroCap companies." 
  MicroCap1000.com is a "one-stop-shop" of original and aggregated content on the MicroCap sector, including daily interviews with top MicroCap fund managers and analysts and the industry's only real-time MicroCap index. The multimedia presentations, which assist companies' investor relations departments, will be integrated into the financial news site. Visitors and page views to the site have been growing by 50 percent per week since MicroCap1000.com was launched Sept. 15, 1998. 
  The acquisition of CyberJunction gives MicroCap1000.com an innovative software tool, iBluePrint, developed by CyberJunction which enables users to complete an interactive blueprint for web site development.
