OK, I e-mailed Michael Legg at Prudential, and got this response:

The numbers quoted refer to SFE's Market cap -- not the NAV of the
underlying securities.

which was very nice and helpful of him. Re-reading the paragraph, it could be interpreted that way (still a bit confusing, though). I guess that means we can assume that our NAV numbers are mostly correct, huh?

PS: Looking at CATP, TLAB, CMPC, and SCAI (all down) the premium is going to be incredible if SFE stays at this price!
