It seems irrelevant whether we get the sports division as a part of TIPS or as a part of some other shell company. The main issue is whether or not the USBL team and Cavalcade make any money and have any growth possibilities. Clearly, as it stands, the market recognizes little or no value for this part of TNRG (or for all of TNRG for that matter) In my opinion, the means to the spinoff whether into TIPS should not effect the stock price.
