Thanks for the PSR info and the chart link. I'm looking at the book-to-bill chart on the previous page there, at:

geocities.com

and wondering if there is any useful information to be gleaned from the 91-97 average line being quite a ways above? Fair assumption to say we will have to cross over the average line in early '99 before anything meaningful starts?
