Regarding the SEC hearing;

I don't believe the key issue is the $1 stock price. I think the main issue is that all the SEC documents (10-Q, etc.) be in order, since Chapin and co. did nothing. That's why we have the "E", because we are SEC delinquent. The SEC was prepared to delist the stock because the company was non-existent. No money, no plan, nothing but debt. Now, hopefully Larry can get the paperwork in order and show the SEC that he has a real plan. He is taking the $100,000 risk to attempt to keep US listed.

Good riddance to Jim Chapin. The only thing negative about this situation is that he will benefit from Larry's work.
