IMO,

It is a waste of time and money for the individual investor to go the legal way after small companies..junior mining or else. Many unscrupulous (would-be) managers of junior companies know this and play the game. They always attract money from greedy investors who forget that more than often it is too nice to be true.

The problem is that more often than ever, it becomes very hard to make a case. Of course, the Bre-X of this world are evident frauds and offer the possibility for some legal actions against the brokers...but in most case, like some junior mining companies that you and I know very well, the proof is very hard to unveil.

The best way to go is to never get in love with one stock, diversify and learn how to take your losses when you find out that the speculation you got in turned against you...

Fortunetely, I believe that there are much more serious and honest companies (even in the mining sector) than there are frauds and lies.

So there is a way to make sound investments in the junior arena without too much risk.
