FEDS DROP INTEREST AND DISCOUNT RATE ANOTHER .25 PERCENT, CURRENTLY AT 4.5% WITH RUMORS OF ANOTHER RATE CUT IN DECEMBER. This is good news for ARET's mortgage and construction business.
