No, what are you referring to? Could you be more specific?

To be fair, E-Trade seems to be trying to do a better job. Their responses, usually a couple of days late, were courteous. But I can't figure out why couldn't they fix their computer systems. Several days ago it was a login problem, and yesterday it was reporting problem. And their phone has always been busy, telling you to wait 10 or 15 minutes. It is forcing me to find an alternate brokerage.
