INDEX UPDATE ------------------ OK - the rates have been cut and the DOW is flat. Now Im watching the NEW HIGHS, and if it stays below 100, then the market should be heading down soon. My short-term technicals are still in the mid-range, so I wont do anything right now, but wait to see how the overseas markets react. If tomorrow is not impressive to the upside, I will start to initiate PUTs. Seeya
