Garmeister, NOVL up on good volume. DT Resistance at $15. Little bit of news might give it the pop it needs. NSCP right up against BRL with a DT just above. Move to $30 would be the first indication that things are peachy in NSCPland. I'm in NOVL calls now. Still qualifies as a TDT, but an educated TDT. JXM
