Marc,

The DOW was down about 50 when the announcement came, and at the time I wrote that note the DOW was flat for the the day.

Now the DOW is up 72 with a TICK of positive 1200. As I indicated previously, I will wait for tomorrow to see how the overseas markets react, but my key is how the NEW HIGHs react. If it stays below 100, the market should start to pull back soon. If it goes over 100 the market will probably go higher.
