In any market including technology sectors, giving more for your money is always a good way to come from behind. Sure, being the first (IOM) on the block with the high density removeable drives is great for the stock but that doesn't mean that the war is won. Consumers, in general, are always out to buy the most for the least. Alot of people were pissed when SYQT didn't deliver the product early enough as promised. If Syquest can get the product out in volume soon, there is still a large mass of people looking to buy this kind of technology. In the end, for the same price, what would anyone buy 1GB or 1.5GB?
