Anything new from your line of vision? When I spoke to Dining after you had mentioned the JV, he stated that the parties had all sat down to sign the deal and their was a last minute "glitch" that caused the deal not to happen. Dining gives me the impression some of the players are still interested, and efforts are to get some additional parties interested.

Is the JV you suggested would be an asset in the management and marketing of the product still involved? Any idea's where they stand?

Or in fact have we gone full circle and now are again at risk of selling off the technology to settle debts?

Any information would be helpful.
