This was a real wake-up call today...I had 3 trades in process when the whole system crashed [classic site, new site and telemaster]. Absolutely no way to trade a great opportunity when the Fed. cut...and worse yet, left hanging with $60k of trades on the line. Finally got through to customer service after 20 minute wait, and the first thing that I did was sell EGRP! Luckily this time, no money lost... Think that I'll write an Echeck and withdraw some serious funds into another account as punishment to Etrade for lessons not learned... Someday, we'll all withdraw funds this way...
