Brian if you don't know which way to go you might think about buying some calls here at relatively cheap prices..That is in the money calls expiring at least 4 months out. This will offer a low risk high reward payoff if the market takes off. Then you can buy in at these prices or sell the calls or if the market is out of it relax cause you already know what your downside is. US options offer the advantage of call in the option anytime after buying the option.
